The hotel offers a great view of the pyramids, ideal for those seeking the bustling atmosphere of Cairo. However, noise from traffic can be disruptive, impacting the overall stay. The location is fantastic but the noise level is a concern.

Rooms
7.0
Despite the noise from street traffic, the room was clean and comfortable, but noise from car horns could be disturbing, especially in the room facing the street.
Service
5.0
The service, particularly at reception, was unpleasant, as they tried to charge extra fees and provided rooms that were not up to standard. It tarnished the overall experience.

The hotel fell short of the 4-star standard with noisy rooms at a higher floor, but it provided a great location and some privacy. The dining experience was not worth the price, but the service was helpful. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms are very old, not clean, and noisy even on the sixth floor. AC is loud, and there were flies on food.
Service
7.0
The service was a bit lacking, not caring much about guests, but it was helpful overall.
Location
6.0
The location is lively with various services and shops, not far from Pyramids.
Dining

Facilities were subpar, falling short of expectations for a 4-star standard.

7.0/10

I had to switch rooms within the first 5 minutes due to an issue with the air conditioning, but the new room facing the pyramids was worth it, despite it being considered the worst in the property. The location was perfect for experiencing the hustle and bustle of Cairo, which I personally enjoyed.

Rooms
7.0
The room had to be changed initially, but the new room in front of the pyramids was a unique experience.
Service
8.0
The service staff, especially Mr Ramy Mohammad and Mrs Wallaa, were decent and helpful, ensuring a cheerful and helpful atmosphere.
Location
7.0
The location is good for those wanting to immerse in the crowdedness of Cairo, offering an authentic experience. Near to multiple restaurants in the area.
Dining
6.0
The dining at Miss Havisham's Wedding breakfast was satisfactory in quantity and variety, though the value for money could be improved.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities provided what was needed for a comfortable stay, but there were some areas that could use improvement.

The hotel offers a scenic view of the pyramids from the rooms, but the utensils were not clean. It is conveniently located near tourist attractions but can be noisy at times. The dining options provide variety but lack quality. The facilities are decent, although the cleanliness could be improved.

Rooms
7.0
The view of the pyramids from the rooms was stunning, but the utensils were not very clean.
Service

The hotel receptionist was not very friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel needs attention. Some advertised items were unavailable. The housekeeping service was satisfactory.
Location
8.0
The hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions, offering easy access to the great pyramids at Giza, but it can be noisy and crowded.
Dining
6.0
The dining options had a variety of choices, but the quality was not up to par. The breakfast could have been better.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were decent, but the cleanliness should be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The service was horrible; the staff were badly communicators and insisted on extra fees with a bad attitude, causing a long check-in wait.
